We run a small herd of Sussex and Aberdeen Angus cattle. These are reared on grass out in the fields throughout the spring, summer and autumn and housed in lovely straw barns during the winter when they are fed natural forage produced on the farm earlier in the year. Slowly grown, producing naturally flavoursome beef which is hung for a minimum of 28 days to ensure the flavour and texture reaches full potential.
Succulent, tasty, slow grown pork from our free range Gloucester Old Spot or Oxford Sandy & Black pigs. Along with dry cure, Oak Smoked and Un-smoked bacon, gammons and hams and a superb range of tasty sausages made from prime pork, including our Champion Old English Pork Sausage.
LAMB, HOGGET AND MUTTON
A mixed flock of native bred sheep producing sweet, grass reared lamb, rich, full flavoured Hogget and stronger flavoured traditional Mutton.
