PORK
Succulent, tasty, slow grown pork from our free range Gloucester Old Spot or Oxford Sandy & Black pigs. Along with dry cure, Oak Smoked and Un-smoked bacon, gammons and hams and a superb range of tasty sausages made from prime pork, including our Champion Old English Pork Sausage.
LAMB, HOGGET & MUTTON
A mixed flock of native bred sheep producing sweet, grass reared lamb, rich, full flavoured Hogget and stronger flavoured traditional Mutton.
BEEF
We run a herd of Sussex cattle which we cross with an Aberdeen Angus bull as we believe this produces the best flavour and texture beef. Tender, grass reared beef hung for a minimum of 23 days to really allow the beef to reach it's full potential. Beef Burgers & Mince always available.
FREE RANGE TABLE CHICKEN
We rear small groups of free range chicken for the table. Extremely moist and tasty; once tasted no other will suffice!
VEGTABLE & FRUIT
We grow a large selection of seasonal vegetables either out in the fields or in one of our poly tunnels.
Freshly picked; as good as growing your own but without all the hard work. Packed full of flavour and naturally fresh, once tasted you'll be back for more.
A small selection of locally sourced seasonal vegetables are also available to compliment our own range.
