PORK

From our free range Gloucester Old Spot or Oxford Sandy & Black pigs :-

* Succulent, tasty, slow grown pork.

* Dry cure, Oak Smoked and Un-smoked bacon, gammons and hams.

* Superb range of tasty sausages made from prime pork.

BEEF

We run a herd of Sussex cattle which we cross with an Aberdeen Angus bull as we believe this produces the best beef

* Tender, grass reared beef.

* Beef Burgers & Mince

* Hung for a minimum of 23 days.

LAMB, HOGGET & MUTTON

We have a mixed flock of ewes (Jacob, Black Welsh Mountain & Suffolk) that we breed with Southdown & Suffolk Rams.

* Sweet, grass reared lamb.

* Rich, full flavoured Hogget.

* Traditional Mutton.

FREE RANGE TABLE CHICKEN

We rear small groups of free range chicken for the table

* Extremely moist and tasty; once tasted no other will suffice!

All our meat is available either fresh or frozen direct from the shop and

can also be ordered ready for the freezer as half or whole lamb or

pig packs, butchered to your requirements.
